Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By downloading or using DayPlay you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. DayPlay is provided by Halil Berkay Şahin.

2. What DayPlay is, and is not

DayPlay is a focus and routine tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, including ADHD. Nothing in the app is medical advice. Talk to a qualified clinician about health decisions.

3. Alarms are a convenience, not a guarantee

DayPlay schedules alarms through Apple's AlarmKit and, on older systems, through local notifications. Both depend on your device and its operating system. An alarm can be delayed or suppressed by permissions being revoked, Low Power Mode, a discharged battery, a powered off device, a system fault, or you deleting the app. Do not rely on DayPlay as the only safeguard for anything time critical, such as medication, a flight, a shift, or a legal deadline. Keep a second alarm for those.

4. Your content

Routines, step names, and history you create are yours. They stay on your device; we neither receive nor claim any rights over them. You are responsible for keeping your own backups, for example through the export feature in Settings.

5. DayPlay Pro

• Pro is an auto renewing subscription, billed monthly ($6.99) or yearly ($39.99) in US dollars, or the equivalent in your App Store region's currency.
• A 7 day free trial is offered on both plans to eligible new subscribers. If you buy a subscription while a trial is running, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial.
• A subscription renews automatically unless auto renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period is not refunded.
• Prices may change; a price change never applies to a period you already paid for, and Apple asks you to confirm before any increase takes effect.

The free tier keeps the real alarm, mission lock, escape protection, the player, reminders and the Lock Screen timer fully working, with up to two routines. Pro removes the routine limit and adds weekly insight suggestions, extra theme packs and flexible streak protection.

6. Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds follow Apple's policy. Request one through reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly. If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK or Türkiye, your statutory withdrawal rights are not affected by this clause.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

8. Warranty and liability

DayPlay is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes and termination

These terms may be updated; the date above shows the last change. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it. You may stop using DayPlay at any time by deleting it.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Contact: info@thecodevolt.com
